Η αρχική λέξη ήταν το 100% λανθασμένο "στέητζ" που θυμίζει και στAids άρα είναι διπλά λανθασμένο. Δεν ξέρω βέβαια αν πρέπει να το γράφουμε με κεφαλαία. Περιμένω να ακούσω τη γνώμη σας αν και είμαι σχεδόν σίγουρος ότι θα συμφωνήσετε μαζί μου. Σε όσους γλωσσολόγους το είπα όλοι είναι της ιδίας γνωμης με μένα

Το ότι δεν έχει σχέση με την αγγλική λ. stage φαίνεται με σαφήνεια στο γαλλοαγγλικό Robert:
